The Minister realized someone in the congregation needed help -

a meal actually. He ask a lady by the name of Audrey to cook a meal and take it over.

That's how an international phenomenon started. Audrey is still a member

There are a lot of people in Toronto that are just getting by.

The cost of putting a roof above their head means they can barely

afford food, let alone anything else! People a t NUC are acting on that. Currently an affordable housing project is underway. Why? Because as a church and as individuals the following verses in the Bible is taken literally. James 1:27 and 1 Corinthians 13:6-7.
